By accessing the ecomhub.am website or using any services provided by EcomHub ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

EcomHub provides e-commerce consulting services including Shopify store creation, customization, and payment gateway integration for Armenian businesses. We also develop and publish Shopify applications.

3. Consulting Services

When you engage our consulting or store creation services, the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms are communicated on a per-project basis.

4. Intellectual Property

The ecomhub.am website and all associated content, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of EcomHub. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

For store creation projects, ownership of the completed Shopify store and its content transfers to you upon full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
