Selected work

We ship things merchants quietly depend on.

A sampling. Most of what we build is private, client-owned, and not on this page. Some clients asked us never to mention their names — we don't. What's below is categories, outcomes, and what we built — anonymized by design.

Public products

Two we ship on the Shopify App Store.

Private client work

Six that made the edit.

Names redacted, categories generalized, outcomes real. Typical of our book.

01

APPAREL · MULTI-STATE US MERCHANT

Problem

Hard-to-ship SKUs were quietly draining margin through failed checkouts, wrong-state orders, and compliance grey zones.

Built

A Shopify checkout extension + back-office tool that blocks addresses by product, enforces state-level sales rules, and flags regulated SKUs before capture. Works inline at checkout; no external redirect.

Outcome

~18 hrs/week

of manual CS and refund work eliminated. Fewer chargebacks. Regulatory exposure closed.

02

3PL · SMALL-MEDIUM WAREHOUSE

Problem

Receiving was on clipboards. Every day ended with 40+ reconciliation tickets between the warehouse, Shopify, and the merchant's spreadsheet.

Built

A mobile-first receiving app. Barcode scan on a phone, confirm against expected POs, push receipts to Shopify inventory + the warehouse's internal system. Runs offline; syncs when connection returns.

Outcome

From 40+ tickets/day to under 3.

Same warehouse, same staff. No change to their Shopify stack.

03

D2C · MULTI-BRAND OPERATOR

Problem

Purchase orders lived in a spreadsheet. Shopify knew one thing, ShipStation another, and the accountant knew something else.

Built

A purchase-order platform on Postgres. Generates POs from Shopify low-stock triggers, pushes to ShipStation receiving, tracks partial fulfillments, reconciles to the accountant's chart-of-accounts export. Web UI for procurement; API for the rest.

Outcome

Single source of truth

across four systems. Stockouts down materially. We don't share the exact number — the client would rather we didn't.

04

CONTENT OPERATOR · GROWTH TEAM OF ONE

Problem

A content strategy dependent on outreach was eating 20+ hours/week per marketer with barely trackable results.

Built

A 7-stage automation pipeline — discovery, validation, AI-drafted outreach, manual approval queue, staggered posting, verification, reporting. Humans stay in the approval loop; machines handle everything else.

Outcome

~90% reduction

in manual handling. 10× campaign volume at the same headcount. The client asked us not to name what kind of content.

05

REGIONAL OPERATOR · SHOPIFY MULTI-STORE

Problem

Three Shopify storefronts, one inventory source, zero visibility. Stockouts on one store while the other two had surplus.

Built

A real-time Shopify order + inventory mirror. Webhook pipeline → Postgres → internal dashboard. Cross-store inventory view, low-stock alerts, SKU-level reconciliation. Handles backfill + replay when webhooks drop.

Outcome

Surplus redistribution within hours

, not days. Store-level oversell cut to near zero.

06

SPECIALTY RETAILER · COMPLIANCE-SENSITIVE

Problem

Shipping rates, tax, and compliance flags all had to be computed per-order based on destination — and the merchant's staff were doing it by hand for every order that fell outside the defaults.

Built

A Shippo + Shopify integration layer that tags orders by shipping rate class, flags compliance-sensitive destinations, and auto-applies the right rate table. Surface-level: just “it works.” Under the hood: rule engine + audit trail.

Outcome

100% of orders now classified automatically.

Manual tagging eliminated. Audit trail satisfies the merchant's compliance team.

What else

And another dozen you'll never hear about.

UGC pipelines. Review scrapers. Price monitors. Bot-driven daily reports. Internal Slack tools. One-off tax compliance apps. The point isn't a showreel — the point is we've probably built something close to what you need.
