Built by one person. Until it needs more.
EcomHub started where templates stopped working. The first few projects were Shopify stores for Armenian merchants, and the same wall kept showing up at the end of every build: Armenia had no native payment gateway on Shopify. A checkout that couldn't take a local card was a checkout that didn't convert.
ArmPay was the answer to that specific problem. DealRotator came next, because a merchant needed automated discount rotation and nothing on the App Store could do what they needed. Both products went through Shopify's review and now live on the public Shopify App Store — proof, at least to us, that product-grade quality is already baked into how we build.
Behind the two public products, dozens of private tools live quietly inside merchant businesses. Warehouse receiving apps. Purchase-order platforms. Real-time inventory databases. Multi-state tax compliance apps. UGC automation pipelines. The rule is simple: if a merchant asks us to build it, and we can ship it well, we do.

Shopify platform deep work
Themes, embedded apps, checkout extensions, Flow automations, GraphQL Admin API. We build with the grain of the platform — and know where the grain ends.

VPOS direct integrations with Ameria Bank and the wider Armenian bank ecosystem. 3D Secure, PCI DSS, ArCa, Visa, Mastercard — the full card-present-online surface.

Mobile-first receiving, wave picking, packing, purchase orders. Barcode scanning, label generation, offline-first patterns built for the shop floor, not the boardroom.

Webhook + data pipelines
Queue-backed event processing, idempotent replay, Shopify to Postgres to Klaviyo to ShipStation glue. The boring plumbing that decides whether everything else works.

Custom compliance + business logic
Multi-state tax rules, shipping-class compliance, address blocking, approval queues. Rule engines with audit trails the merchant's compliance team will actually sign off on.

Internal tools + dashboards
Custom admin UI layered over Shopify, role-based access, reporting, alerting. The daily operational surface that lives next to — not inside — Shopify admin.

Document before we leave.
Every engagement ends with a written handoff: architecture, runbooks, rollback plans, gotchas. Your next developer won't hate us.

Own what we build.
We push our own code to prod. We run our own pager when merchants depend on it. No offshore handoff, no staff-aug dilution.

Refuse work we can't ship.
If it's outside what we're good at, we say so and refer you somewhere better. We'd rather lose a $20K project than deliver a bad one.

Quietly, on purpose.
Most of our best work will never appear publicly. That's the point. Merchants get uplift; we don't need the portfolio screenshot.
