01 · ERP

An ERP shaped like your business.

Boxed ERPs ask you to change how you work to fit their screens, and bill you per seat for it. We build the operations system around how your team already works: stock, orders, production, purchasing and reports. It runs next to your accounting software and feeds it.

Keep your accountant happy

We do not replace ArmSoft, HC or 1C. We build what they can't.

Armenian accounting software is good at tax reports, payroll and the chart of accounts. It is not built to follow a lot through the warehouse, a job across the shop floor or a deal from quote to installation. That part usually lives in Excel files and chat messages. We build it as one system, and sync the numbers your accountant needs back into the software they already use.

What we build

Pick the modules you need.

01 · STOCK

Inventory and stock

Stock by location, every movement logged, lots and expiry dates where they matter, low-stock and expiring alerts. One stock pool for several business lines, with reports per line.

02 · WAREHOUSE

Warehouse operations

Receiving, picking, packing, transfers and cycle counts, on a phone or a scanner, offline when the Wi-Fi is bad.

03 · PRODUCTION

Production and jobs

Jobs through your stages, assigned to workers, every step logged. Bill of materials per product, materials reserved when a job starts and deducted when it is done. Printed sheets for the shop floor.

04 · PURCHASING

Suppliers and purchase orders

Purchase orders from draft to received, straight into stock. Link a purchase to the order it was bought for, so you see the real material cost per deal.

05 · SALES

Quotes, orders and payments

Quotes with revisions, contracts, prepayments and progress payments, invoices and receivables. Big projects billed in phases.

06 · REPORTS

Reports and the owner's view

Margin per deal, receivables, late jobs, stock value, staff KPIs. On one screen, as CSV, or as a Telegram message every morning.

07 · ACCESS

Roles, permissions and audit

Each role sees what it needs and nothing else. Two-step sign-in, an audit log of who changed what, and backups you can restore.

08 · ACCOUNTING

Sync to your accounting software

Sales, payments, purchases and stock movements sent to ArmSoft, HC or 1C in the format they import, so nobody types the same invoice twice.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

Will it replace ArmSoft, HC or 1C?

No. Your accountant keeps their software for tax, payroll and the chart of accounts. We build the operations system next to it and send it what it needs: sales, payments, purchases and stock movements, in the format it imports.

Who owns the code?

You do. Full source code handoff, documented, on your server or a cloud account in your name. No per-seat or per-month licence for the software we build.

Can my team use it on a phone, without signal?

Yes, where the work needs it. Our window and door ERP measured openings on a phone offline and synced later, and the warehouse software for the US vape retailer receives stock on bad Wi-Fi.

Which languages?

The interface in Armenian, Russian and English, or any mix your team needs. Documents for customers can be in their language.

Do we have to build everything at once?

No. We start with the module that hurts most, usually stock or orders, ship it, and add the next one once your team uses the first. Each step has its own written spec and price.

Pricing

Quote per module.

Each module is scoped in a written spec with a price before we start. There is no licence per user: hiring more people does not change the bill.
