03 · AI automation and Telegram bots

Let the routine work run itself.

Someone copies orders into a spreadsheet every evening. Someone checks stock by walking to the shelf. The owner finds out about a problem a week late. We build Telegram bots, AI helpers and integrations that do this work, and tell a person only when a person is needed.

What we build

Bots, AI and glue.

From one Telegram alert to pipelines that keep your store, CRM and accounting software in sync, replay what was dropped and tell you before a customer notices anything broke.

01 · TELEGRAM

Telegram bots for your team

Alerts when something needs a person: a new booking, a payment, an overdue job, low stock. A morning brief for the owner. Commands to approve, look up or lock things down, with a confirmation step and an allow-list of who may use them.

02 · AI

AI that drafts, people who approve

Drafts of replies, descriptions, translations and summaries, sorted incoming requests, data pulled out of documents. A person approves anything that leaves the building. Machines handle the volume, humans keep the judgement.

03 · JOBS

Scheduled jobs and daily reports

Nightly reports, hourly reconciliations, exchange-rate updates, on-demand exports. Alerts when a job fails, retries when it should.

04 · SYNC

Systems that talk to each other

Your website, your CRM, your online store, your accounting software and your spreadsheets kept in sync. If two systems need to talk and neither speaks the other's language, we build the translator.

05 · WEBHOOKS

Store webhooks and data mirrors

Orders, inventory and customers from Shopify mirrored into your own database in real time, with backfill. Idempotent, so duplicate events do no harm, with replay when events are dropped.

06 · ALERTS

Error alerting and audit trail

Failures alert in Telegram, Slack or email. Every event processed is logged, so you can see what happened and replay from any point.

Stack

Our default toolkit.

Queue-backed, idempotent, audit-logged. Not a Zapier chain held together with prayer.

Happy to use n8n, Zapier or Make where they genuinely fit, and candid about when they don't. If your pipeline needs idempotency, replay, or real observability, we write the code.

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

What can a Telegram bot do for my business?

Tell the right person when something happens (a booking, a payment, a late order, low stock), send the owner a morning summary, and let staff look things up or approve requests from their phone. Sensitive commands ask for confirmation and only work for people on an allow-list.

Will AI send things to my clients on its own?

Not unless you want it to. Our default is that AI drafts and a person approves anything a client will see. Internal work, like sorting requests or summarising a day, can run on its own.

Can you replace my Zapier workflows?

Usually yes. Zapier is fine for simple, low-volume flows. When volume grows or the data has to be right every time, we build dedicated workers with retries, replay, error alerts and an audit trail. Where n8n, Zapier or Make genuinely fit, we say so.

Can you connect our accounting software?

We build the sync between your operations and ArmSoft, HC or 1C in the format they import, so sales, payments and stock movements are not typed twice.

What happens when an integration fails?

You hear about it first. Failures alert in Telegram, Slack or email, the event is kept, and it is replayed once the other side is back. Duplicate events are safe to process twice.

Pricing

Quote per scope.

Single integration

$3–8K

Multi-system pipeline

$12–40K

Full ERP-style glue

$50K+

Ranges depend on the number of systems, event volume, whether there's a backfill, and how nasty the destination's API turns out to be. Every project starts with a free scoping call and a written spec before we quote.
