Windows and doors,
measurement to warranty.
A window and door manufacturer in Armenia needed one system for the whole chain: lead, site measurement, quote, contract, production, installation and warranty. We built it end to end in Armenian and English, and walked the team through it on demo data as a pilot.

Why windows are hard
Made to measure, one opening at a time.
Every opening is different
Size, profile, sash, glass, lamination, hardware and sills change per window. A quote is only as good as the measurement behind it.
Measured on site, often offline
Surveyors work on site, on a phone, often with weak signal. Nothing they enter can be lost.
The price has many inputs
Rate per m² by product type, times material, profile, glass, color and hardware. Sales needs a price before engineering has checked it.
Big projects bill by phase
A residential building is billed floor by floor. Materials are reserved for one job and used by another unless the system tracks it.
What we built
One system, first call to handover.
Leads and customers
Lead source, status, budget, owner and follow-up date. Individuals and companies, each with a full history from first call to warranty.
Site measurement on a phone
A surveyor screen for today, overdue and upcoming visits. Each opening is captured with a tap-to-edit drawing from 9 templates, a photo and a live price estimate. Drafts save on the device and sync when the signal returns.
Pricing and quotes
Rates the admin edits, not code. Quotes pre-fill from the measured openings, support revisions, discounts and service lines, and go to the customer by email or as a printed PDF.
Engineering gate
An order cannot be created until engineering approves the quote. Measured, in calculation, calculated: every step has an owner.
Contracts, payments, invoices
Contracts from draft to signed. Prepayment, progress and final payments with a running balance. Big projects split into billable phases.
Production floor
One job per opening through cutting, assembly, glazing and QC to ready and installed. Jobs assigned to workers, every stage logged, and a printed sheet per opening for the shop.
Stock and purchasing
Materials by supplier and type, stock by location, movements and low-stock email alerts. Purchase orders received straight into stock and linked to the deal they were bought for.
Installation and after-sales
Install dates, handover acts and warranty cards created on completion, service tickets and a customer rating.
Director view
Leads, measurements, contracts, m² produced and installed, receivables and late projects on one screen. Margin per deal: material estimated from the bill of materials against actual purchases. KPI bonus tiers for sales, production and installers.
Where it ended
A pilot, then retired.
The system was complete and demonstrated to the team, but it did not go into daily use, and it is retired now. We do not quote results from it. What carries over is the build itself: the measurement app, the production stages, the bill of materials and the margin per deal are the starting point for every manufacturing ERP we build.
Payments and invoices lived inside this system. On new builds we sync them to the accounting software you already use, ArmSoft, HC or 1C, instead of asking your accountant to switch. More on custom ERP for production and stock.
