DealRotator Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing the DealRotator Shopify application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DealRotator is developed and operated by EcomHub ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

DealRotator is a Shopify application that automates rotating discount campaigns on your store. It selects products from your chosen collections, product types, or tags, and applies percentage discounts on a schedule you configure.

DealRotator uses Shopify's automatic discount system and Shopify Functions to apply discounts. The app does not handle payments, orders, or customer data.

3. Requirements

To use DealRotator, you must:

  • Have an active Shopify store
  • Have at least one collection with products in your store
  • Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service
  • Operate a legitimate business in compliance with applicable laws

4. Pricing

DealRotator pricing at the time of installation:

  • Pro plan: $4.99/month
  • Free trial: 7 days

Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. You can cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Configure rotation campaigns and discounts accurately
  • Ensure you have the right to apply discounts to the products you target
  • Monitor the discounts applied by the app to your store
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding promotions and pricing
  • Not use DealRotator for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited activities

6. Discount Processing Disclaimer

Discounts are applied through Shopify's automatic discount system. We are not responsible for:

  • Shopify platform changes that affect how discounts are applied
  • Merchant misconfiguration of targeting or exclusion rules
  • Revenue loss resulting from discount rotations
  • Conflicts with other discount apps or manual discounts in your store

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of DealRotator. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance or experience outages that could temporarily affect discount rotations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The DealRotator application and all associated code, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of EcomHub. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on DealRotator without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcomHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of DealRotator.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcomHub from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of DealRotator, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may stop using DealRotator at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your store data will be deleted within 30 days. Outstanding subscription charges are handled through Shopify's billing system.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the DealRotator dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
